Summary

Amends the

Private Health Insurance Act 2007
to: continue the pause on the indexation of private health insurance income thresholds used in determining the tier for the private health insurance rebate and the Medicare levy surcharge for a further two years; and adjust the formula for recommencement of indexation at the current income thresholds from 1 July 2023.
